Hide the Honey from the Heffalumps – One child is Pooh, and all the others are Heffalumps. The Heffalumps turn their backs and hide their heads in their trunks-that is, under their arms. Meanwhile, Pooh searches the yard or house for a good hiding place. When he’s ready, he yells, “Oh, bother. I’m all out of honey.” The Heffalumps search for the honey. The one who finds it wins or gets to be Pooh and hide it again.
Honey Pot Drop
You will need: A large clay/glass pot (to serve as the “honey pot”) and plenty of gummy bears. Give each child the same number of gummy bears. Have the child stand up straight and set the “honey pot” directly beneath them on the ground. Have the child try to drop as many of his or her gummy bears as possible into the pot below. Whoever gets the most gummy bears into the pot wins!
